Preschool program for ages 4-6 years old. This program is designed to address the developmetal needs of our young students. We will bring out the best in your child in 8 key areas of development. We offer Taekwondo classes for Junior students ages 12 and under. We focus on positve physical and mental skills as well as character development and life skills.

Cross C.O.R.E.: Fitness Kickboxing
Warning! This program will eliminate excuses for not getting into great shape. "Cardio Optimized Resistance Enhanced". When it comes to staying in shape, most of us think about it, but too often, the process is just too boring to continue. That excuse is now dead! Our kickboxing program is designed to keep your motivation and excitement level high. The key to the program is that it engages your mind as well as your body. It's a program that thousands of students nation wide have said is the most interesting, thought provoking program they've engaged in. You'll watch unwanted pounds melt away as you tone up using our full body training approach. Our kickboxing classes are high energy, loads of fun and they really work! This class takes martial arts and boxing to another level. It is a 30-40 minute, high intensity class done on a free standing bag. Students are lead through a series of high energy kicking and punching combinations. Class members will improve endurance as they take part in this fast paced cardiovascular workout. Put on your gloves and take on the challenge. You will learn various martial arts kicks, punches, blocks and footwork. It is a workout that gives results and is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't have to know a lot about martial arts to get a lot out of Cross C.O.R.E. Fitness Kickboxing. Hyper Performance Training
Specialized training that takes the students skills to the next level. Training in the use of various weapons and dynamic performance. This training will be held in seminar format. For more information as to time and dates please contact the school.
Black Belt Class
This class is specifically geared toward the needs of our students who have attained the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt or above and are working toward higher levels of training and advancement.
Hyper Fight Club
A specialized class that focuses on the aspects of both sport and combat sparring. The curriculum is based on the best techniques being used by some of the top athletes in sport (point sparring) and combat ( full contact kickboxing and cage fighting) competition today.
Hyper Bully Defense Coming Soon
This class gives the Taekwondo student or Fight Club student the opportunity to get in more sparring practice. This is more of an applications class than a teaching class although we will occasionally work on specific sparring skills.
Green belts and above are required to attend sparring class a minimum of 4 times during the test cycle to be eligible for testing.... The minimum is subject to change.
At this time Thursday from 5:30-6:00 is Open Floor. This is a non-formal class where a student can come in and work on something of their choice within their requirement level and ask for extra assistance...
